Return policy

CBD4U wishes your experience on our site to be successful and encourages you to become a loyal customer.

This is why, we have set up a return policy aiming to bring you all satisfaction.

I. Payment / Order cancellation

If your product does not meet your expectations, do not worry.
You have a right of withdrawal which you can exercise within 14 days of receipt by you of the entire order, in accordance with regulations.

CBD4U does not validate payments on your card until I have sent your order.


II. Return conditions

You must return your intact product to us as soon as possible, in its original packaging accompanied, if necessary, by its accessories and its instructions in perfect condition at CENTER LOGISTIQUE DE DISTRIBUTION SARL 1223 Voie Christophe Colomb, Alpespace, 73800 PORTE DE SAVOIE and in any event within 14 days at the latest following the communication of our approval relating to your decision to withdraw.

A prior contact from a member of our team is compulsory for your return to be validated.

In all cases the return methods are as follows:

If your product has been damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt at your address.
You can use the address mentioned above to notify us of any damage (supporting photos required). Once returned to us, we will inspect the item and send you a replacement if the replacement criteria are met.


III. What to do with defective products

If you receive a damaged item, please send us photos as soon as possible to the above address.

Be sure to pack your package carefully for the journey that awaits them to our address, and once a consensus is reached with our customer service, return the products to us for inspection.

IV. refunds

If a refund has been requested , upon the agreed return of an item to our warehouse, a member of our team will inspect the item to ensure that it meets the above conditions. If approved during the inspection, a refund will be made to you via a credit in our shop or through your initial method of payment if possible.

If the package is returned in full, we will refund the price of the package and any shipping costs (standard delivery rate), return costs at your expense.
If the package is not returned in its entirety (you keep one or more of the items ordered), we will refund the price of the product (s) returned, the costs


  • Return costs incurred by the customer are not refundable, unless the item arrived damaged.

In all circumstances, customer service is at your disposal.
